Account and login
If Apple Sign In or Google Sign In does not open, check browser popup settings and try the redirect flow from the login page.
If the provider is unavailable, the login page will show a setup-specific message so the provider configuration can be corrected.
Billing and subscriptions
For Premium or Pro web billing, use Settings in the workspace to open Stripe Checkout or the billing portal.
After checkout or billing changes, return to the workspace and refresh subscription in Settings to sync the latest entitlement state.
Signals, bots, and portfolio data
For signal quality, parser, exchange sync, bot report, or portfolio risk issues, create a support case from the Settings workspace and include the affected view or record.
Avoid sharing withdrawal-enabled API keys. SignalPilot workflows should use read or trade permissions only where needed.
Growth behavior support
If a workflow stalls during onboarding, checkout, exchange connection, source setup, lab testing, or AI bot activation, support can review high-level growth behavior events such as view changes, clicked control labels, session age, viewport class, and activation milestones.
Do not include exchange secrets, Stripe card details, private keys, or passphrases in a support case. The growth system is intended to explain product friction, not collect sensitive credential values.
Contact path
The preferred support path is the authenticated support case flow inside Settings because it can include the relevant app context.
If you cannot sign in, use the public login page first and then create a case after entering the workspace.
